Maceraci\u00f3:<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s1\"> Col\u00b7loqueu les verdures bullides en un bol i afegiu el vinagre, l\u2019oli, el pebre, el clau i el roman\u00ed. Barregeu-ho tot b\u00e9 i deixeu-ho reposar una hora perqu\u00e8 les verdures agafin gust. Escorreu-les b\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s3\" style=\"color: #00bcb4;\"><b>2. Papillota:<\/b> <\/span>Poseu les verdures al centre de cada paper de forn i repartiu-les b\u00e9 entre les 4 fulles. Emboliqueu-les amb el paper fins a formar paquets individuals (papillota) i col\u00b7loqueu-los a la safata del forn a 200 \u00baC durant 10 min.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s3\">3. <\/span>Serviu les verdures en la seva papi<span class=\"s1\">llota per a cada comensal.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p1\"><b><i>Recomanacions<\/i><\/b><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">\u2022 No oblideu mai que, per disminuir el contingut de potassi, \u00e9s imprescindible trossejar i remullar els vegetals en aigua freda abundant durant 6-8 hores. Podeu acompanyar la recepta amb una petita porci\u00f3 de carn\/peix blanc\/ou o compensar el sopar amb aquests aliments. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #00bcb4;\"><b>Di\u00e0lisi<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Els pacients en di\u00e0lisi, intenteu consumir les verdures el dia que tingueu sessi\u00f3, o reduir-ne la raci\u00f3 si les mengeu un dia que no teniu di\u00e0lisi.
