Per tant, per assolir aquest\u00a0 concepte, la psicologia i la nutrici\u00f3, hi juguen un paper clau.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La MRC requereix un canvi de 180\u00ba de l\u2019estil de vida com part del tractament. Per tant, les premises d\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 saludable i de benestar emocional s\u00f3n necess\u00e0ries com part del proc\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El fil\u00f2sof Caguilhem<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">proposa pensar la salut com \u201c<\/span><b>la veritat del cos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d. Aquesta concepci\u00f3 de salut equival a una auto-organitzaci\u00f3 i auto-regulaci\u00f3 pr\u00f2pies i singulars de cada \u00e9sser viu que li permet relacionar-se profitosament amb el seu entorn particular.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u2019aquesta proposta extraiem les seg\u00fcents reflexions. La primera, que la salut implica una <\/span><b>part activa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i insustituible per part de la persona que t\u00e9 el diagn\u00f2stic. La segona, que l\u2019expressi\u00f3 del nostre cos en format de malaltia pot estar enviant-nos un missatge tal com: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hem for\u00e7at massa la m\u00e0quina<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">? <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hem deixat massa de banda algun aspecte important de la nostra vida<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">? <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hem rebut alg\u00fan est\u00edmul especialment estressant<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">? Evidentment, pot ser que no. No obstant, plantejar-nos si el nostre estil de vida o si alguna conting\u00e8ncia ha pogut facilitar dita aparici\u00f3, pot dur-nos m\u00e9s avantatges que inconvenients.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La dieta de la poblaci\u00f3 en general s\u2019ha de basar<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en un elevat consum d\u2019aliments d\u2019origen vegetal com fruita sencera, verdures i hortalisses, cereals i derivats integrals, llegums i\/o fruits secs al natural, greixos saludables com l\u2019oli d\u2019oli verge extra, cremes de fruits secs o alvocat, poden incloure aliments d\u2019origen animal com llet i derivats, ous, carns blanques i peixos tan blancs com blaus.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquesta alimentaci\u00f3<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ha d\u2019anar acompanyada d\u2019un consum diari d\u2019aigua i un control de la sal de taula. Tamb\u00e9, s\u2019han d\u2019evitar els productes industrials amb un elevat contingut en sodi, sucres, olis de mala qualitat i additius com per exemple la rebosteria industrial, refrescos, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">snacks<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o postres l\u00e0ctis. A m\u00e9s, l&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica ha d\u2019estar present com un h\u00e0bit de vida saludable adquirit.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la MRC aquests sup\u00f2sits poden estar compromesos sobretot amb la pres\u00e8ncia d\u2019altres comorbiditats (hipertensi\u00f3, diabetis&#8230;), certes complicacions com el f\u00f2sfor o el potassi elevat en sang, sobretot si la \u201cdieta renal\u201d no est\u00e0 adaptada a l&#8217;estadi de la malaltia. Aix\u00f2 es veuria reflectit en una restricci\u00f3 del consum de certs aliments com algunes fruites i verdures, aliments proteics com carn, peix o llegums, fins aconseguir la normalitat. A m\u00e9s, aquesta restricci\u00f3, juntament amb el tractament, sobretot en l\u2019hemodi\u00e0lisi, pot fer que aparegui la fatiga i el cansament, comprometent l&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica di\u00e0ria. No obstant aix\u00f2, si la malaltia est\u00e0 ben controlada i individualitzada es poden incloure tots els grups d\u2019aliments, seleccionant aquells amb un perfil nutricional adequat i adaptat a la MRC, com per exemple fruites i verdures amb menys potassi que altres.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aleshores, qu\u00e8 significa realment, estar saludable amb MRC?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Disposar de les<\/span><b> eines<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> necess\u00e0ries:\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dieta individualitzada i adaptada a l\u2019estadi que eviti complicacions a curt i a llarg termini, que permeti una bona adher\u00e8ncia amb les m\u00ednimes restriccions diet\u00e8tiques possibles.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con\u00e8ixer i ser fidel a les restriccions aliment\u00e0ries i\/o de l\u00edquids, aspecte que ens permetr\u00e0 portar un pes correcte a les sessions de di\u00e0lisi. D\u2019aquesta manera, s\u2019evita acumular pes extra de la sessi\u00f3 i sentir\u00e0s una millor toler\u00e0ncia a les sessions de di\u00e0lisi.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bon control de malalties associades o d\u2019altres.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Realitzar activitat f\u00edsica tant en tx, intra i interdi\u00e0lisi de forma adaptada.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Relacionar-se amb la <\/span><b>malaltia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i el que implica, pac\u00edficament<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un indicador de la no acceptaci\u00f3 de la malaltia \u00e9s la relaci\u00f3 que mantenim amb el menjar (si hi ha atracons, consum d\u2019aliments desaconsellats, exc\u00e9s de rigidesa amb les t\u00e8cniques culin\u00e0ries i els aliments a ingerir, gana emocional -calmar l\u2019ansietat, estr\u00e8s o angoixa amb el menjar, etc.<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si alguna cosa ens ensenya la MRC \u00e9s que els excessos no senten b\u00e9, ni massa aigua, ni massa f\u00f2sfor, ni massa esfor\u00e7\u2026 Es tracta de trobar la f\u00f3rmula m\u00e9s personalitzada possible.
