Segons un estudi impulsat per tres professionals de l\u2019equip de trasplantament d\u2019un hospital p\u00fablic de Buenos Aires, es diferencien cinc tipus de fantasies respecte a l\u2019\u00f2rgan trasplantat:<\/p>\n

  1. Embar\u00e0s<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    En els trasplantaments renals i hep\u00e0tics solen ubicar l\u2019empelt a la regi\u00f3 abdominal, cosa que fa not\u00f2ria la pres\u00e8ncia de l\u2019\u00f2rgan a la mateixa zona. Aquest fet potencia pensar en el trasplantament com en un embar\u00e0s. \u00c9s m\u00e9s procliu que les pacients femenines siguin capaces d\u2019acollir aquest tipus de fantasia. El cas contrari ocorre en els homes. Tanmateix, existeixen casos de transsexualitat postrasplantament.<\/p>\n

    1. Adopci\u00f3<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      L\u2019adopci\u00f3 \u00e9s una de les fantasies amb m\u00e9s bon pron\u00f2stic. En alguns casos, les persones trasplantades senten que l\u2019\u00f2rgan t\u00e9 una funci\u00f3 de fill, cuidar-lo i ser cuidat<\/strong>. Un fill prov\u00e9 de dos progenitors (en aquest cas, d\u2019un donant i un receptor) que tenen la funci\u00f3 de protegir-lo i que, a m\u00e9s, sol sobreviure als pares.<\/p>\n

      1. Incest<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Es pot detectar la fantasia amb valor incestu\u00f3s quan el pacient es mostra reticent a rebre l\u2019\u00f2rgan de la seva mare, per\u00f2 no de la seva parella, tenint en compte que aquest tipus de decisi\u00f3 \u00e9s multifactorial.<\/p>\n

        1. Assassinat<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Sota la l\u00f2gica equivalent de \u201cdesitjo rebre un \u00f2rgan per salvar o millorar la meva qualitat de vida\u201d i \u201cper rebre un \u00f2rgan, una persona ha de morir o patir\u201d, es produeix la fantasia de l\u2019assassinat, la qual va acompanyada d\u2019un proc\u00e9s de dol notori.<\/p>\n

          1. Robatori<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            En el proc\u00e9s d\u2019adopci\u00f3 i\/o rebuig de l\u2019\u00f2rgan, el pacient sent que aquell \u00f2rgan no \u00e9s propi, \u00e9s m\u00e9s, sol sentir que l\u2019ha rebut indegudament.<\/p>\n

             <\/p>\n

            S\u2019ha de tenir en compte que aquestes fantasies poden conviure en una mateixa persona i tamb\u00e9 poden evolucionar i transformar-se, ja sigui per conting\u00e8ncies vitals o per un treball terap\u00e8utic.<\/p>\n
