Barregem b\u00e9. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Afegim l&#8217;ou batut (reserva una mica per pintar la nostra coca) i quan s&#8217;hagi integrat, afegim el llevat fresc. Tornem a barrejar. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tamissem la farina perqu\u00e8 no quedin grumolls i l&#8217;anem afegint a poc a poc a la nostra barreja. Quan la massa sigui m\u00e9s consistent, amassem amb les mans ben netes i anem estirant i doblegant la massa cap a dins. Hem d&#8217; aconseguir una bola compacta amb tota la farina ben integrada.  <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deixem reposar durant m\u00ednim una hora fins que la massa hagi doblat el seu tamany. La cobrim amb un drap lleugerament humit. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quan hagi passat aquest temps, tornem a estirar la massa amb un corr\u00f3 i li anem donant forma ovalada. Deixem que reposi una altra hora m\u00e9s, per\u00f2 aquesta vegada, sobre la safata de forn fins que torni a doblar el volum. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pintem la nostra coca amb l&#8217;ou batut que ten\u00edem reservat i empolvorem per sobre la canyella.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Introdu\u00efm al forn a 180\u00ba durant 15-20 minuts. Las quantitats indicades en la taula s&#8217;han calculat sense aplicar les t\u00e8cniques o trucs culinaris per a reduir el potassi. <\/span><\/i> <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>RECORDA\u2026<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utilitza la llet que millor et senti (sencera, semidesnatada, desnatada &#8230;) per\u00f2 tingues en compte que la llet sencera cont\u00e9 menys prote\u00efna, f\u00f2sfor i potassi que la llet semidesnatada i la desnatada. Tingues en compte que les llets vegetals, contenen nivells desaconsellats de potassi, com la llet l&#8217;ametlla. S&#8217;ha substitu\u00eft la meitat de la llet per aigua per a un major control de potassi i de el f\u00f2sfor.  <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utilitza la farina que m\u00e9s t&#8217;agradi. No obstant aix\u00f2, la farina de blat de moro \u00e9s de les que menys potassi i f\u00f2sfor tenen i \u00e9s sense gluten. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No decoris amb fruites dessecades o confitades ni fruits secs.
