C.p de mel o edulcorant (eritritol, est\u00e8via\u2026).  <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Frosting<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (opcional): 2 C.p de iogurt natural. <\/span> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>PREPARACI\u00d3<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ratllarem la pastanaga i la deixem en remull de 6 a 8 h amb un canvi d&#8217;aigua. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>ELABORACI\u00d3<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En un bol barregem la farina, el llevat i les esp\u00e8cies. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Afegim els ingredients humits: les clares, la pastanaga, la ratlladura de llimona i l&#8217;edulcorant. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En una paella antiadherent, afegim unes gotes d&#8217;AOVE i quan estigui ben calenta, anem afegint petites porcions de la massa i cuinem volta i volta per formar les nostres tortitas. Intenteu afegir la mateixa quantitat de massa perqu\u00e8 surtin de mida similar.  <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fem una torre amb les tortitas i afegim la cullerada de iogurt natural i empolvorem amb una mica m\u00e9s de canyella. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>VALORACI\u00d3 NUTRICIONAL: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sense aplicar t\u00e8cniques per reduir el potassi<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">): 221 kcal; 30 g Hidrats de carboni; 10 g Prote\u00efna; 6 g Greixos; 2 g Fibra; 124 mg sodi; 48 mg Ca; 77 mg F\u00f2sfor; 228 mg Potassi. <\/span> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si teniu el f\u00f2sfor alt, podeu substituir el iogurt natural per melmelada sense sucre o prendre les tortitas sense acompanyament.
