Les escaldem 7-8 minuts i les posem en remull 4 hores. <\/p>\n<p><strong>ELABORACI\u00d3<\/strong><br \/>\nTornem a bullir les patates fins que estiguin toves i les escorrem.<br \/>\nPosem les patates en un bol i, amb l&#8217;ajuda d&#8217;una forquilla, les aixafem fins a formar una massa homog\u00e8nia.<br \/>\nAfegim l&#8217;ou, la farina d&#8217;ametlla i el sucre i barregem fins a incorporar-ho tot molt b\u00e9.<br \/>\nAgreguem la ratlladura de llimona i les esp\u00e8cies si ens ve de gust. Barregem tot.<x id=\"gid_5\"><\/x>Preescalfem el forn a 200\u00ba.<x id=\"gid_6\"><\/x>Anem agafant petites porcions de massa i els donem forma rodona.<x id=\"gid_7\"><\/x>Col\u00b7loquem els nostres panellets sobre una safata amb paper de forn per evitar que s&#8217;enganxin.<x id=\"gid_8\"><\/x>Batem l&#8217;ou que ten\u00edem reservat i amb l&#8217;ajuda d&#8217;un pinzell de cuina, els anem pintant tots.<x id=\"gid_9\"><\/x>Els introdu\u00efm al forn uns 10 minuts o fins que estiguin daurats. Deixem refredar.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Recordeu:<\/strong><br \/>\nLa base de tots els panellets (pinyons, codony, coco&#8230;) \u00e9s fins al pas n\u00fam. 4, nom\u00e9s canviar\u00edem els toppings.<br \/>\nAquesta \u00e9s la recepta tradicional per\u00f2 podeu utilitzar moniato en lloc de patata i substituir el sucre per stevia, eritritol o l&#8217;edulcorant que preferiu.<br \/>\nPodeu gaudir de totes les varietats de panellets per\u00f2 \u00e9s important controlar la raci\u00f3 i no excedir-se.
