Retirem i deixem refredar.<br \/>\nEn un recipient, batem molt b\u00e9 el sucre amb la mantega a temperatura ambient.<br \/>\nA poc a poc, hi anem afegint la farina (ja torrada i preferiblement, tamisada per evitar grumolls). Barregem tot molt b\u00e9 fins que tots els ingredients estiguin ben incorporats.<br \/>\nSobre el marbre de la cuina, afegim una mica m\u00e9s de farina i hi deixem caure la massa.
