Per aix\u00f2, s&#8217;ha de con\u00e8ixer quin tipus de verdures i hortalisses contenen m\u00e9s o menys potassi, per evitar complicacions m\u00e8diques.  <\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s important destacar que amb les verdures i les hortalisses es poden realitzar certes t\u00e8cniques culin\u00e0ries que disminueixen el potassi pr\u00e0cticament a la meitat, com s\u00f3n el remull i la cocci\u00f3 en abundant aigua. Aquestes t\u00e8cniques s\u00f3n vitals per a un bon maneig de la malaltia.
